Hi Everyone! I hope you are all staying well and safe during this historical moment in time. With stress, anxiety and fear paving the way into the minds of many; It's OK to talk about the "F" word, Feelings. Up until now you may have become busy with life, work and day to day schedules that elude playfulness, freedom and a sense that all is well in the world. Times are calling for change in our environment and culture to revisit the way we look at our values and virtues. Stressing about something on a daily basis has become a new normal as we raise children to live with the speed of change Let's take an honest look at how you really feel. If you are able to identity that you are frustrated, stressed, lonely, relaxed or calm, you will gain awareness on how you will be impacting your world. If you run from feelings, they will find you and eventually catch up and appear when you may not expect them to. If you deal with your feelings you will heal with your feelings. Know they are showing up for a reason and giving you an opportunity. Give yourself credit for your ability to choose and rise up to meet day to day challenges. Your life experiences have brought you this far and that alone is something worth celebrating. There may not be an instant solution to a challenge you are facing but there is a better feeling you can create to help you see you through it. All people are feelings first. This is why humanity responds and thrives with compassion and empathy that is given to one another. When you feel the fear and know you are choosing to move forward anyway, you have just moved yourself into courage. Today is your day. You are feelings first and a powerful human being. No one has experienced life exactly like you. The power is is always in this moment to feel and deal and know you are perfectly OK. Change happens, life unfolds and solutions are on the way. Embrace the call for your best life and feel your personal power that is being awakened.
